  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance or custom merchandise) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Process for Returns:

  1. Email us at raicesbooks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
