- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance or custom merchandise) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Process for Returns:
- Email us at raicesbooks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund.
Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items:
