Brothers in Balance: A Healing-Centered Men’s Gathering Rooted in Brotherhood and Mental Wellness
Share
At Raíces, we believe that community care is a form of resistance—and that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Lane Marketing to host Brothers in Balance, a free healing-centered gathering designed specifically for men of color to explore mental wellness, community, and vulnerability in a judgment-free space.
Why Brothers in Balance?
For many men, especially Black and Brown men, conversations around mental health are still layered with stigma, silence, and shame. But at Brothers in Balance, we’re flipping the script. This event invites men to show up for themselves and each other—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It’s a space where strength and softness can coexist, where brotherhood is built not through toughness but through truth.
Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking community, or simply need space to breathe, this evening is for you.
